CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE Visual Scripting (GGR) - (English Language)

This course provides a technically understanding of the Visual Scripting module of the Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE platform. Participants learn the systematic development of node-based logic to control, automate, and parametrize CAD and engineering processes within the platform (no-code programming).
The focus is on accurate data-flow modeling, the representation of complex dependencies, and the robust integration into existing 3DEXPERIENCE models and structures.

• Architecture and functionality of the Visual Scripting system
• Visual modeling of design logic
  • Node types, data types, and connectivity
  • Parameter handling and referencing of CAD elements
  • Logical operators, conditions, and decision logic trees
• Automation of design workflows in a PLM context
  • Rule-based, parametric modeling with Visual Scripting
  • Reusability and modularization of scripts
  • Embedding Visual Scripting in Model-Based Engineering
• Typical error patterns, debugging approaches, and optimization methods
• Hands-on workshops with realistic engineering scenarios

Basic knowledge of CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE and experience in the parametrization of CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE models

• The training will be held with TECHNIA Training Cloud, via remote access, no installation or licensing on attendee device needed.
• Training materials per attendee delivered for 90 days through access to Dassault Systèmes Eduspace.
